The Camptech LED Omnibrite Awning Lighting Kits are a simple to use and incredibly versatile internal camping light system.
The Omnibrite Starter kit contains two 3ft (92cm) LED light bars containing 27 bright, warm, and very low watt LED's which can be used singularly or linked together to form a superb awning light set up.
Included in the Starter Kit are various pole clips (for use with traditional poled awnings and tents), hook and loop straps for awnings without poles, together with a uk mains adaptor, 5m extension cable, and 2-way lighting cable splitter - which means you can add even more lights if required.
The Omnibrite system can be powered directly from your caravan's mains power supply with the UK mains plug, but can also be powered from almost any USB battery pack. Camptech also produce a dedicated rechargeable Power Pack which can be charged at home or on the move, and makes for the perfect power unit for this portable lighting system.
There are numerous ways to attach the lights to your awning or tent, but here are three of the easiest methods.
- Camptech awnings (from 2018 onwards) have an accessory beading strip sewn in to them - simply slide the LED light strip onto this beading and power up!
- Attach the supplied pole clips (with pole adaptors) onto almost any traditional awning pole, then slide the LED light strip onto the clips, done.
- Wrap the supplied hook and loop strap around the LED light strip and secure to your awning or tent, simple.
Once secured in place, the Omnibrite LED Light Strips can be connected together or, using the supplied cable splitter, connected to another Omnibrite Top-Up Kit adding even more light to your system - all powered from the same supply. When used with a USB power bank or the Camptech Power Pack (sold seperately), there are no long internal cables.
The Omnibrite is extremely low powered, so is safe and convenient, especially around children and animals.
