Returned after being tried on (incorrectly ordered). This annexe has been pitched but is in almost new condition with only a couple of extremely minor soil marks. We have pitched and inspected the annex at our indoor stores and it is in excellent condition.
Supplied complete with steel annexe frame (new), storage bag, pegs and ladder bands.

Made from the same superb Climatech SR18 Heavy Duty all season awning fabric as your Camptech full awning, this annexe offers a superb addition to your camping experience. An optional bedroom inner tent is also available to further improve your sleeping accommodation. Fitted with a rear window, this annexe can be used to increase your bedroom accommodation or to store your valuable camping equipment, bicycles or fishing gear.
