The warranty for your first 12 months is held with the dealer from whom you purchased the item. All correspondence should be coordinated directly with the awning seller. After 12 months from the purchase date, your registered extended warranty will be managed directly by Camptech Product Limited. Valid only for product purchases made from 1st February 2024 and only includes products listed above.

To activate your extended warranty, the product must be a brand new item, proof of purchase will be required. A TrustPilot Review must be submitted within 5 days of your Camptech Club application, in order to verify your Camptech Club membership. 

Camptech Club membership terms and conditions must be accepted as published on www.camptech.com The Camptech Club is managed and administered solely by Camptech Product Limited and may be subject to change or withdrawal at any time. 

This offer does not apply to ex-demonstration, returned, show models, or “as new” products.
